some classic songs call the devil
fifteen already?! ohnoes.
The boy also complained of abdominal pains, a desire to urinate and had prickling sensations in his legs. He panted for breath, had a racing heartbeat of 147 beats per minute and raised blood pressure.
After tests for cocaine, heroin and amphetamines and other analyses came back negative, the boy was kept overnight for observation. He was released the following day after his condition improved.
A few days later, he returned for an outpatients' appointment, and seemed sleepy and sluggish. His mother said he had lost interest in any activity and had been absent from school.
The likely cause, according to the authors, was stimulant chewing gum that was high in caffeine.
"Our patient admitted consuming two packets of the chewing gum, containing 320 milligrams (of) caffeine, in four hours," they report.....
But these were probably not to blame, as their doses were low and the boy's symptoms were consistent with a caffeine overdose.
Children are sensitive to high doses of caffeine because they weigh less than adults and are less likely to be regularly exposed to coffee and tea, the case study said.
I did not even friggin' know that is friggin' possible. Scary.
Makes me think about my caffeine experiences.
Oh Nescafe... my buddy during shows.
And ARTSWORK! :))
hmmm....
ihatehyperbolas. :D
it's like disturbia uh-oh-oh.
ARTS WORK, REVIEW, IDOL and BLOGSPOT
Here's another one of my quickies. o.O
Prom day in Arts Work. Wahahaha.
I bought myself a new Ateneo lanyard! w00t!
I can officially say I've walked through the whole commercial Katipunan without complaining...
... nevermind. Wrong. I was cursing all the way. And technically, I didn't go to Rustan's.
Whatever. Basta, sumakit ang mga paa ko nang sobra. :|
I was friggin' late for review class--if you can call that late.
Actually, I could've been in the classroom five minutes earlier had I not been too tense about my approaching dramatic entrance. Technically, it came out more comedic. Hehehe.
I'm scared about our Arts Work finals play.
I'm going to miss Arts Work. Love you guys!
ADAM LAMBERT SHOULD'VE WON!
Damnit. Oh well. Kris performed better naman kasi the night before (well, in my opinion.)
Well, okay lang sa akin na nanalo siya. I mean, he's good naman eh. At least it isn't Gokey. Bleh.
I spent the evening fixing my blogspot account:
I've reopened my Pundido account.
http://thebustedbulb.blogspot.com
I've made a new blog for my lit stuff. But I won't open it pa. Still under construction.
Then of course there's my reflection blog.
http://theinkwontdry.blogspot.com
I'll be moving there soon. Syempre cross-post pa rin dito.
Pero I'll be typing from there na and stuff. Once I'm really settled in. :D
aminals!
BLOGGING, DAYS, REVIEW, ATENEO and other RANDOM STUFF
My desktop isn't ready to be used yet. So I'm stuck with this netbook that keeps bugging me about this and that. Gah. It's making me too lazy to blog.
It feels like it's been a long time since my last blog. But then, that's what I keep saying on all my recent ones. Probably because I've been too uninspired lately. I'm thinking of moving back to Blogspot again. I dunno, Multiply seems to be too uninspiring.
Where the hell do I start?
(I have less than an hour before curfew. :)) )
Anyhow. After a very tiring Friday, I headed over to Christ the King.
Days with the Lord. Kakaiba siya sa Xavier.
One thing different is you can leave the place (not the participants of course).
We left madaling araw ng Saturday. And I had 2 hours of sleep in Sandy's house before we went to review classes. Since theirs was in the morning, I had my morning to myself.
So I went to Starbucks.
I bought a drink. I chose some small table in the corner, sat down. Dug. I went to sleep. Hahaha! I woke up an hour later, took a sip of coffee. Dug. I once again rested my head on the table and looked like some squatter in Starbucks. Hahaha.
I finally woke up an hour and a half later. Smiles.
I finally drank my coffee. When I was a bit more oriented-slash-less-groggy, I picked up the book in my bag--the one I got from our speaker, Ms. Sasha Martinez (awesome writer!). I finished like half the book, I enjoyed it. I should get more books filled with short stories.
Anyhow. Lunchtime came. I went over to the girls + Louie. We went to Flaming Wings and Stef tried to convert us into half vegetarians. Bleh. Hahaha. In defense, the lettuce tasted better than the beef-noodle-thingamawhatsit.
Then review. Then Sandy's house. Then jamming. Then we went back to CTK.
Nakaka-miss talaga ang DAYS. Sigh.
Una kong sasabihin, GRABE sila doon. :D Iyon lang powh.
Anyhow, I spent lots of jamming time with Mara. Saan ka pa nakarinig ng Humayo't Ihayag na may pseudo-beatbox? Lol. We spent a lot of time arranging Mass songs to sound modern. Hehe. Kinda bored? Not really.
Might I add. David Archuleta still won't leave me. o.O
They actually took pictures. And they wanted me to say "Thank you, Manila!" Whut.
(Hi Tammie and Rainbow! :D)
(Oh yes. I didn't know it, but I wore a blue checkered polo shirt. Lol.)
Fast forward. It's Monday.
God. Last week na. I'm going to miss everyone! :(
Bonding with more people. Weee.
(Does anyone notice the total lack of coherence? I started out with paragraphs and am now reduced to words like Weee.)
Where was I?
Today was a very sabaw day. Yey?
It was also awkward day.
And I've proposed to ehem, but she slapped me and went on to her lesbian lover.
How much more awkward can that get? How much more amidst the yihees? Hahaha.
And I've broken up with my Oedipal lover for the nteenth time. Oh love. =))
I'm going to miss you and the Korean girl and everyone else! :(
Oh! And I saw my other mother today too! Weee.
Review class was most sabaw today.
44% in Test 3. Damnit! :)) How's that even possible?
And David Archuleta was once again imposing himself by giving a straight column with the asnwers DADADADADA. :| Damn you, twin!
After review, more awkward time in Stef's house. o.O
Well. I have to be asleep now. LOLz. :))
yet another quote from doubt
Anyhow, since it's been quite a while, here's a blog. :D
Alex is so big na! Hahaha. I miss last summer--I got to see them everyday. Sigh.
LU~PA! Hangin... Wiiiiiiind.
ATENEO FUN!
Okay. I just finished writing a sestina. English kind.
But it's worse than Hal Castro's humanities teacher, so it's not going online.
But should you really want to read it, drop by and leave a comment. If there's a significant number of you, I might just post it.
So I had possibly one of the best days ever this summer.
So we went Ateneo early in the morning. Bonded with friends.
Then we had a talk. Very interesting. Hahaha.
Then recess. I thought I saw Mikey Huang... so I smiled at him.
But when I got closer... it wasn't him o.O So stupid.
So I walked along pretending I was a retard who smiles at everybody....
Anyhow. Theater class was really fun. Hahaha.
Go Charmee!
Then I had a hectic time going around Katipunan.
Bonded with Jorge. Hahaha.
Then more bonding moments with Charmee! =))
Post-lunch was making me sleepy.
So I took my partner, Alec, to the canteen so I could by myself chocklit.
When I was throwing the wrapper, someone approached me and asked why I was there.
Syempre shocked ako, sabi ko I bought chocolate. Pumasok sa isip ko... stupid answer. =))
Then I said I was in the workshop.
And then I was asked where to buy tickets for tuko. I didn't know.
Anyhow, we left. And that made me wonder. Who was he?
Really mysterious. A stranger just approached. Thought I was someone? Maybe.
(After some more thought, only SanLu matched since I've seen every other Xaverian I know in Ateneo. But then the guy didn't look like SanLu, so I was really puzzled. o.O)
Well. Whatever.
Went back to the room. And I was ready and hyper. Hahaha.
"Rehearsals" took forever basically coz we were having sooo much fun being sabaw and hyper. =)) Lol. Good.
Anyhow. After that was done, we were "lupa-ing" all the way to Escaler Hall.
I saw Ms. Cuevas! =)) Yay!
Helped out classmates at the tix booth. And then we lined up and had some more fun. LOL.
TUKO was hilarious! Amazing! I loved it.
Mr Cuepo played the fat kid! And Mr Tenorio was Tuko. Hahahaha.
GALING SOBRA! I was laughing and laughing.
It was raining friggin' hard when we were done.
CJ and I walked all the way to Soc Sci. It was flooding. o.O And I was wearing slippers. :|
Anyhow... I figured... I really wanna study here na. Haha. :D
Gahd. This is probably one of the most unorganized blogs I have.
It doesn't feel like me.
Anyhow. Skipping review has its cons. o.O
The biggest one at home. :| Almost... almost...
soupy soup soup, pt. 2

REVIEW CLASSES and ATENEO/KATIPS FUN
We weren't allowed to use our cellphones during review class.
But if we were, I'd be Plurking till no end.
It'd go something like this:
Ally is late. And he even had a dramatic entrance.
Ally says it's friggin' hot. :|
Ally says his teacher is so perky but the class is so nr.
Ally says wala bang buhay dito?
Ally is bored.
Ally is bored.
Ally is bored. :|
Ally is drawing a picture of soup
Ally is drawing his tombstone
Ally is drawing playing the "violin."
Ally says kill me now!
Ally says his brain feels like slurpee. Gahd.
Ally wants to die.
Ally is now hitting his head on the wall behind him.
Ally is still hitting his head.
Ally says "oh look! the row in front of me is composed of 2 LSGH, 1 SPCP, 1 MHS and 1 ADMU."
Ally is wondering if he should bug the people in front of him and tell them how crazy he's getting.
Ally wants to die.
Ally is hitting head on the wall again.
Ally gave up on notes.
Ally is bored. :|
Ally is hiting his head on the wall again.
Ally just woke up. He fell asleep, but his teacher is still talking about the same thing. :|
Ally wonders if his teacher could be any more perky. :|
Ally says "YES! It's break time!"
Ally is about to talk to the people in front of him.
Ally says the people in front of him left and went to friends. Why don't I have friends in the class. Boo. :|
Ally is texting his friends in the other classroom who aren't on break. They aren't replying.
Ally is relating his brain's slushiness to Mara.
Ally was about to talk to his nearest seatmate to the right. Damn. She's studying. o.O
Ally was offered a Pocky by the MHS girl. He just smiled.
Ally is wondering if he should introduce himself and not be a loner.
Ally did not go through with it. He'll do it later.
Allys says it's back to soup-iness.
Ally is bored.
Ally is banging his head on the wall... again.
Ally is dead.
Ally doesn't have a headache anymore.
Ally realized it's because he's been spacing out.
Ally is looking blankly into space. o.O
Ally is suddenly cramming whatever the teacher was teaching.
Ally is now taking the test.
Ally is finished, but everyone else isn't.
Ally says the teacher said there's one minute left.
Ally looked at the board and saw that we have to answer the next two pages also. Ally is rushing his answers.
Ally went "overtime" a bit. Hey! I have a right! :)) I didn't know.
Ally got a 40/50 :D.
Ally is finAlly relieved it's over.
Ally is going to say hi to the MHS girl.
Ally says she left right away.
Ally is now leaving this wretched place. :D
God. I hope it isn't like that for the whole month. :|
I will make friends tomorrow! =))
I have to if I want to survive. o.O
In other news, I had fun after. Ate/drank in Starbucks with sina Patring and Niks.
In the morning naman, I had lots of fun.
Kinda late. Kinda lost. Hehehe. Right, CJ?
I can't wait for what's going to happen in Ateneo. I hope there aren't too much lectures. I'm excited.
I now have an overpass buddy. Hello, Kesha! :D
I took a trike to Kenny's and ate lunch there with Patring, Nikki, Tisha, Andie and Lyka. :D
Crazy EG. I wasn't even on their class list. o.O Hahahaha.
this is what heaven must feel like
MOVIES and REFLECTIONS
I separated these two since they have a bit more impact on me.
They made me think about myself. Reflection. Sort of. Hehe.
However.... one isn't a movie. Hihihi. And it's not new either.
REVOLUTIONARY ROAD
This stars Titanic lovers Leonardo di Caprio and Kate Winslet (who won the Golden Globe for her role here). Also in the film is Michael Shannon who got an Oscar nomination for his role in this one. Directed by Sam Mendes, it's a brilliant film. Very well made.
Basically, I'm going to spoil you now.
Di Caprio and Winslet play husband and wife in a very suburban 50s town. Winslet plays the role of April, the wannabe-actress housewife. Di Caprio plays Frank a regular day-to-day boring office man. They live a very "perfect" life, perfect in the sense of being stable, mundane and all that. One day though they suddenly decide to move to Paris and see how life would go for them. Well, with all the things that come up, plans fail and marriages break. The movie basically shows the slow demise of what's deemed to be the happiest couple on Revolutionary Road.
Well. It made me think about my own future.
Do I want to live in that stable, boring life. Sure, I'll get lots of money, but would I be happy? Would I know what I'm supposed to be in the world? Would I feel like I've found where I'm supposed to be? Where I belong?
Or should I take the risk and move away to somewhere far? Take the risk and see what's in store for me there? Be in a place where I think I'll truly be happy even if it means I'll be struggling something difficult? And if I do, would I be able to handle all the pressure put on my by society's stereotypes? By my family's expectations?
I guess you're thinking. Woah. Deep.
Gotta love that movie. Four and a half stars over four.
(I guess you're also thinking, "what is Luis thinking of? What is he planning?")
SPRING AWAKENING
Yeah. I've already reviewed this. Twice actually, if you read my blog a lot.
Well. One night, I just had the urge to watch a musical. And as much as I didn't want to watch this again, I did. Why don't I want to watch it if it's my favorite? Because it makes me unbelievably emo. Hehehe.
Basically, I just love this show because I can relate to the characters and the story very much. It's really describing a lot of things right now in words I can't explain. I can practically relate to all of the characters in some twisted way, but mostly to the leads. I'm jsut really attached to it. Sometimes, the same thoughts would run into your head, and it's haunting yet it makes you feel you're not alone. I'm a teenager. o.O I'm going through (almost) the same things.
The music is just beautiful. (I'm singing it right now. I'm on Spring Awakening high again.) Metaphorical and poetic but it just seems to get through to the point. It brings in a wave of emotions. There are times I just break out into one of the songs, and it just reaches into my guts and gives me goosebumps.
It's quite sad though it's gone now. I haven't even gotten a chance to go to New York and see it live. Sigh.
(Sorry. Couldn't pick just one picture. Hehe.)
somewhere, someday

DRIVING LESSONS
It's just really crazy. It's fun. A bit scary, but definitely fun.
DAY 1
It rains... Hard. God. How lucky am I?
Lucky, I guess. It stopped when I got into the car.
Let me start with the car. It's a manual diesel Revo.
I hate it. Why? It runs so roughly. Just a bit off the pedal, and you're suddenly put to a stop.
My driving instructor was Lito.
He was all right, I guess.
It was crazy. We went to Marikina.
Horns were blowing around the place. Hehe. Well, not really. Just a couple of times.
When it did, I was smiling. How sadistic can I be?
Anyhow. On the flyover to Marikina, this bus had a problem with me.
Then the driver put out his hand, and gave me some weird sign.
I thought he was trying to flick me off or something.
Little did I know, he actually meant flat tire.
Some random guy on the street knocked on our window and told us.
How funny is that?
So yes... my first day and I had a flat tire. Whopee.
We had some air added in some vulcanizing shop. Problem solved.
I was glad I didn't have to change the tire. Hehehe. I'd die if he made me do that. :))
Anyhow, it was okay I guess.
DAY 2
I got the same instructor and the same damn car.
He got quite annoying.
Like he got annoyed easily by my mistakes.
Oh c'mon. :|
(I plurked, "my driving instructor is b*tching on me." It didn't come out though.)
Anyhow. I got good on hanging in some not so very high stuff.
I also learned how to maneuver and park. Yeah, man!
Might I mention we were going so friggin' slow these two days.
We only went to third gear twice. Most of the time, we were friggin' crawling along in second gear. I was friggin' bored. Lame. (I used "friggin'" three times in one paragraph.)
DAY 3
This time, I got another driving instructor. Richie.
I like him better. He wasn't bitching on me. And he gave me more "road freedom," if you can call it that. Hehehe.
Also, I liked the first car we used. Still a manual diesel Revo.
But it looked like a newer model or something. And most importantly, it ran smoothly.
I say first car because we went all the way to the A1 garage in Mandaluyong to switch cars.
I have real bad luck since I had another car problem. This one's battery or something was failing and ready to conk out at anytime. Lucky though that it didn't.
The replacement car was all right, but I enjoyed the smoothness of the first one better.
One problem though, the car didn't have the A1 stickers. So no one on the road would know I'm actually a student driver. :|
I did much better today. I had lots of fun.
Since he let me, I really pressed on the gas pedal. Hehehe.
The highest we went was 4th gear. I think at 80kph.
I was happy. Though he kept telling me to slow down. Hihihi.
But now, I have a hatred for jeeps and how they keep stopping. Damn you jeeps.
What I enjoyed about this trip is that we went to somewhere more familiar.
I only go to Marikina to go to the cemetery. What the hell did I know about the place.
This time, we passed through Libis, Pasig, C5 and Mandaluyong.
Although there were some places I didn't know, at least I was a bit familiar.
I hope Richie's my instructor again. Hehe.
Anyhow. I still have eleven hours left.... or five more days.
Then I'm done with the lessons. Yeah! I can't wait. Hehe.
Lemme add. My driving instructors call me bunso. =))
you're going to lose.
MOVIES.
Here's the amazingly loooong list of movies I have watched since... I don't remember.
Rather than make real reviews for each and every one of them. I'll just make comments. I'll put posters too if I recommend it.
STEP UP and TAKE THE LEAD
I've been wanting to watch Step Up since I heard of it. But I never really had the time to watch it on screen and the pirates don't seem to have it in their stores. Torrent was out of my mind that time... so I watched it on YouTube. Hehehe.
It's a fun movie. Nothing really amazing about the acting and story and stuff. But it's good. The dance moves were just friggin' amazing though.
Take the Lead is another dance movie. Starring Antonio Banderas. Ummm. It's okay too I guess. This one is hip-hop-infused ballroom dancing. Kinda cool.
Each two and half stars. :D
One of the best movies I've seen. It's just friggin' amazing. Every line is well attacked. Don't you just love the cast. It's a shame none of them won the Oscar. I was rooting for Meryl Streep and Viola Davis (she may have had a short scene, but she was electrifying.) Why didn't Kate win in Titanic and get it over with so that Meryl could be justly awarded for this one. Hehehe. I joke.
On a side note, the scenes were so intense, my TV exploded.
Seriously. Something was wrong with my TV... there were sparks. We had to send it to the shop. It's a good thing the movie was finished before the TV didn't want to work anymore. Hehe.
Four stars.
REPO! The GENETIC OPERA
Eeek. I can't believe I actually anticipated this movie. It was friggin' disgusting.
Well... I'd like to say... Paris Hilton wasn't as bad an actress for the first hald of the movie. She actually did well in the role.. (before she had her surgery done or something)
I didn't even finish this movie. One star.
ANG TANGING INA
I liked the second one better. Two and a half stars.
SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE
I was watching this during hell week that I didn't fully appreciate it. It wasn't like THE BEST for me. I don't really see it the way other people do. Anyhow, it's still an awesome movie nonetheless. Four stars.
VALKYRIE
I didn't really... I don't know really...
It' been quite some time since I watched it... and it didn't make enough of an impact on me to remember what to talk about in this one.
I take back what I said. I watched Juno again. Juno is still my favorite. Hehehe.
But this movie is just amazing. I can't believe they Clint Eastwood was snubbed. Bah. Four stars.
This is probably one of the finest films in our country.
Vilma Santos is an overrated actress.... I should know, I've practically watched all of her Star Cinema films. She does things too exaggerated. But for this film, you can overlook it I guess because she isn't the star of this one: it's the script. The book it's based from is just so briliant that it can't not be a good film.
Anyway, I had a problem with the climax. I wish it stuck faithfully to the book. But whatever.
The movie just ends making you feel good and proud. Four out of four stars.
BURN AFTER READING
It's brilliantly written. But it just ends up in WTF. A big one.
Two and a half stars.
I friggin' love this movie. It gives you this bittersweet feeling in the end.
Anna Kendrick is just amazing. (She's in Twilight and in Camp too.)
Five out of four stars.
WATCHMEN
It's a very good movie. But it's so artsy that it becomes a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing.
For me though, it's not the type I'd like to watch again.
Four stars.
I dunno about you. I just loved this movie. I related with Anne Hathaway's character. If I wasn't rooting for Meryl Steep, I'd give the Oscar to her... not to Kate.
Five stars out of four.
I've watched it before. This time though, there aren't any subtitles. Gahd. :|
Anyhow, I've always been attached to this one. It's a great film. I only wish it wasn't so cheesy with all their slapstick comedy. It's be great for a dramatic remake. Hehehe.
Four stars.
A GUIDE TO RECOGNIZING YOUR SAINTS
Ummm. It's okay I guess. Nothing like really stunning. Two and a half stars.
MY BEST FRIEND'S GIRL
Amazingly funny. I watched it with friends in Prome. I just loved it. I kept laughing and laughing.
Three and a half stars.
THE HOUSE BUNNY
Also hilarious. Ana Faris is always amazing. Three stars.
THE BOY in the STRIPED PYJAMAS
You wish it didn't end that way. But the way it ended just gives the film more impact, which is a lot. It's a beautiful film.
Four stars.
THE READER
It's a very good film. But it just isn't my type. I wonder why it's even nominated for the Oscar. The spot could've been given to The Dark Knight, Doubt or Wall-E. It's not as good as it seems to be. The only part I really liked was the ending. Most of it was just boring.
Two and a half stars.
GREASE
I don't get it. It's stupid. There's no flow. I did not like it. o.O Stockard Channing though is entertaining.
BTW, I saw the start of the musical. It looks and feels much better. The movie is just ugh.
One star.
FOOTLOOSE
I find Footloose much better. It was more fun and more glued-together although kind of shallow. Two and a half stars.
This one isn't a movie. It's a musical, but I'll tell you about it anyway.
It's friggin' amazing. Patti LuPone is just wow. Friggin' wow. She's made for the role.
The whole thing just seems so perfect. Hahaha.
Four stars.
It's a very good film. I enjoyed it. Hehe. Four stars.
(Halata ba na tinatamad na talaga ako?)
KNOCKED UP
A very good comedy. It's smart and it doesn't try to do too much, which is good.
But somehow, it feels fixed. Very funny though.
Four stars.
SUPERBAD
This one, I enjoyed. Although it did make me uncomfortable at some parts.
Y'know one of those scenes that the character is about to make a really big fool out of himself that you just want to pause and then jump around in agony? This has those kinds of scenes.
Three and a half stars.
CAMP
This is one of my childhood films. I watched it when I was in X-Rep (what happeened to it now?) when Ms. De Vera was our mod. It's a very good film.
I don't really want to rate this one. Hehe.
The last two things I'm going to review... next blog. :D
the air down there
KEYBAORDS and SUMMER
First, I'll apologize. My blogs are probably spamming the inbox.
Cross-posting is screwed up. I had to fix it, and when it did, all those new ones came.
Anyhow.
I've been learning to play some stuff on the keyboard. So far, I know the beginnings of No One, Unfaithful, Wake Me Up When September Ends, Apologize and Falling Slowly.
I haven't had the "initiative" to finish the whole song yet.
Coincidentally, my music skills are improving.
I'm not better at making kapa songs. It's funny. Probably anything I hear, I've been making kapa.
In other news. My life is boring.
I've started up a Plurk account by the way.
I use it more now compared to Multiply or Facebook. In fact, the tab's always open. Hehe.
It's like insta-blog. Hehehe. You can even do it from your phone *wink*
My driving lessons officially start on Saturday. The whole week till the next Saturday.
They're three hours each... and they happen in the morning. o.O
Gosh, I'm still not used to waking up. Sigh. But I'll have to. Especially come May.
Anyhow, I promised some movie reviews before.
I'm too lazy to make one for all of them. I'll just make a few short ones of the ones I like.
That'll come in a few.
Y'know, lately... I can't help myself. It's daunting but it's beautiful.
the acoustic version....
Patring's Birthday Gimik
Awesome. Awesome.
I had a wonderful time. Happy Bithday, Yaya!
Let's call this blog, live blog.
No. It's not really live. But rather than make full paragraphs, i'll list down everything we did.
Today was epic! Must remember everything.
Woke up friggin' early. Thank you, wake up call! [/sarcasm]
I guess that made me hyper THE whole day. :))
Made my very last-minute paalam.
Rode with Stacey to Tobias's house.
Sorry for making you wait, Ryan. ;)
Played around for a while.
Sandy taught me that piano race thing.
Stacey + Yakult in back pocket + slippery floor = EPIC FAIL
Walked to Greenbelt.
Awesome. Never been in that underground pedestrian thing.
Tobias brought us to Starbucks where everything is expensive.
Went to McDo instead. :D
Sandy taught me to kick ass from the side. Tobias is a failure!
Sandy... HAHAHAHA. That man! And the woman... shoulda seen her face! :)) EPIC FAIL.
McDo was yummy.
Sandy. Tsk tsk. Chicken nuggets, what were you thinking? It's a Friday!
(Don't throw it back. I ain't holy. :)) )
Sandy has her epic fail number 3. Bad luck with coke cups, I see.
Yaya came! Pika too!
Went to Starbucks.
Might I mention we were hyper and noisy both on the way and back.
Met Mara. Went up. Stood there. Stacey being emo.
Ate Gelatone. Yummy.
Others went to Mac place. Boo.
We got vain. And when we were tired, we went to Gelatone and sat there.
Everyone else followed.
Truth or Dare. Being noisy. :))
Movie daw. Pero sa TimeZone napadpad. :))
Played a lot. I can do shwing-shwing with one hand!
Dance Dance Rev. Still a classic. And I'm pretty good at it!
The bato-bato ball at the screen! <3
Super crazy.
Fought about movie. =))
Went to Glorietta. Split up. :>
Got bored. Photo op sa may wall.
Tested out the "Filipinos always answer to psst" theory. Gumana! One guy looked.
We were a floor above. I went PSSSST!
Also did the big laugh at three. :)) A girl looked up too.
No one answered to "PARE!" Coz none of them were loud enough.
Very tired. Feet aching.
Walked back to Tobs's house.
Mara played the piano! AWESOME! :D I sang along with her. :))
Stopped Patring from leaving. Cake!
Yummy dinner.
Stace and Sandz come back.
Time to leave.
Looked for Big Buddha and dropped Tring off there.
Parents invited us to stay. Her sister kept looking at me. :|
Sandz and I getting lost in Makati.
Eventually made it to the MRT station.
Super crazy.
We just stopped in the middle like lost tourists. Where are we supposed to go? :| :))
MRT wasn't full. LOVE!
Made craziness. :))
People staring at blue eyes. Add that to the list of others who did today.
Walked and waited at Caltex.
Singing in the gas station. Fans look on! :))
Met Sandy's mom. She called me David. :| :)) How does she know that?
They brought me home. THANKS! :D
Got home.
Fixed up.
Dropped dead on bed. Listening to iPod. Half-asleep.
Woke up. Here.
Feet aching. Freaking tired. No energy.
Awesome Epic Day! w00t!
Okay.
That blog. Did not feel like me. :))
How many times did I just say epic? :| :))

EMO
I'm emo over something.
THING... is it even? I dunno.
I wanna talk about it. But the only people I'm comfortable about sharing it with aren't anywhere to be found... so it's kinda stupid.
I dunno. A few minutes ago, I wasn't.
But the way things rolled, it's all changed. And now I just feel... emo.
I'm so emo, I'm writing an emo song.
But I can't get the right words to finish it. The tune is in. The chorus too. The first verse. Part of the bridge. But I can't complete it. Too washed out.
Emo. I don't even think that's the right word to describe it you know.
There are other words. I mean... I know them... I'd like to use them. But that'd give too much away, now wouldn't it?
(How many times have I used emo in this blog?)
Dude! Weirdo! Where are you?
How crazy is this?
Gahd. This isn't me.
Snap out of it. o.O
but I can't... :(
i wanna love you, pyt.
SUMMER
So far, my summer's been about clearance and appeals, tv show-obsessing and American Idol music. I guess before I go to the main point of this blog, I'd update you first about them.
I've been in school since yesterday... and I'm still going back tomorrow. o.O Darn. I just don't need that low of a score right now. It's going to be deadly for me.
I slept at 5am last Tuesday. Why? Watching TV.
Wow, right? And I even let my PC run for two days just to download new episodes and new movies. Hehe. I guess, I'll be watching a lot of things this summer.
American Idol. Michael Jackson week was quite good. It got me to download all of Jacko's top ten hits. Hehe. But yesterday's country week was plain jane annoying. I already hate country to begin with, but their performances really sucked.
I just love Megan. I dunno why they're all hatin' on her. Rockin' Robin was awesome if you'd just listen to the power and rawness of her voice. Great jazz twist on the country song. :P But the iTunes Studio version ruined it: it went back to country-sounding.
Kris Allen is doing well too. Hehehe. I enjoyed both his performances. Adam Lambert. He's just awesome. His latest though struck me weird but awesome at the same time. These three people were the ones whose songs I downloaded this week.
Lil lost her charm during country week. Danny Gokey is annoying me. Allison Iraheta is really good but still not something I'd watch out for. Matt is good as well but really seems just too annoying and fake.
Alexis went out this week. Not much of a shocker. I don't really care. But I'd rather keep her over Sarver or blind dude. Seriously, Scott CANNOT sing. Why is he still in?
I've just recently "come back online."
Last Sunday was just too emo for me that I couldn't really upload or blog about anything. Then the lack of enthusiasm affected me for most of the week. But now I'm back. I uploaded all the pictures I had. Stole a lot too. Hehe.
If there's something I need to do, it's to write my movie reviews. They're long overdue.
Here's a list so you know what I've been watching:
- Step Up
- Take the Lead
- Doubt (feakin' awesome!)
- Repo! The Genetic Opera (piece of s***. i regret anticipating it)
- Ang Tanging Ina
- Slumdog Millionaire
- Valkyrie
- Gran Torino (AWESOME!)
- Dekada '70
- Burn After Reading (o.O)
- I Not Stupid 2 (still a goody)
- Rocket Science (brilliant!)
- Watchmen
- Rachel Getting Married (brilliant! but I'm not yet done.)
Quite a lot, right? So I really have to get started.
Add to that, I really feel the need to update my blogspot. It's kinda empty. Hehehe.
I have quite a lot of reflective material in my head, but it gets taken over by sabaw-ness. o.O.
Anyhow. I have quite a busy summer.
I need to make my 2008 album. I need to write my adaptation. Hehe!
I've decided not to take review sessions. Instead, I'll take the Xavier refresher courses, so I don't have to study over the summer. I want to take piano lessons, but I don't know how feasible that'd be. Hmmm. I'm taking driving lessons, definitely. Lastly, boxing.
Add to that, I hope I get in to the Ateneo Arts Workshop thing. I worked hard on that. Hehehe! I think it will be fun... hopefully.
I'm just happy I get to stay over with the babies again. I miss them sooo much! :))
Lastly, I hope my appeall works out. I need it to get to ensure I stay in FX... and so that I can party and gimik more. ;)
I've been singing a lot lately. I blame American Idol and The Last Show.
I think my voice has matured mored.
I can reach higher notes. I learned I do have a false but I still can't control it.
I can do things with that raw rasp start. I can hold notes longer. :))
I'm seriously thinking of putting up YouTube videos. What do you think? Lol.
