Christmas Shopping and Fil Grammar

In other news, I'm going to Trinoma tomorrow to go Christmas shopping! It'll be my first time there. Hahaha!

And my dad was inspecting my camera! Lol. I think he's considering. Woohoo! Sana lang. Sana lang.

Also, aren't you annoyed at how information is spread wrong? Call me a grammar-freak but:

Yahoo Answers: ng and nang

Yahoo Answers: Translation

Some forum: ng ang nang

If ony those questions are still open. Hay.....

It makes me wanna join the forum. Hahahaha.

But you can't edit all the grammar errors in the world... hahaha.

(BTW... if you're wondering why I happened upon those pages, I was searching whether it's "satsat nang satsat" or "satsat ng satsat." I can be wrong, too. Hahaha. Anyhow, I just trusted my instincts and went for nang.)

Agh!

Hell Week and Christmas.

Hay. FINALLY... we're free! Gahd. It's here. Christmas! lol. Anyhow, I just wanna share some stuff about hell week before moving on to the Christmas party. LOL.

ENGLISH OT: I was soooo nervous 'coz I hadn't practiced. Hahaha. It was a good thing it was moved from Tuesday to Thursday. We did a talk show sort of thing and I was the host. So my original speech was basically a conclusion of what everyone said. However, at the very last moment--when Babsi started talking,-- I decided to make a new speech. So yes, my speech that time was extemporaneous. AND I NAILED IT to Mr. Perez's liking! Mr. Perez commented on how good we found the symbolisms. Yey!

LTs: I did well on Chinese 91% Yes! Now I'm sure I'm going to get a line of 9 on Chinese again! For math... sobrang inis! 1 mistake! I didn't read the directions kasi. Hay. I got 37 on Soc Sci (sorry, mrs. lugay) English and Filipino were kinda easy-kinda not. Science leaned to the difficult side I'm kinda worried about this one coz I've got kinda low quizzes. Hayyy.

Well. Other than that, I've been sleeping really late for the past few days. That's why I'm gonna make up for it this Christmas break. LOL.

Anyhow, it's the last day today! Woohoo! Ang saya sobra!

Let's start with the night before. Well, I started out being all bust and worried about the food and shit... hahaha. But it all went well, I just borrowed some money. And now... okay na. Hahaha. I just have to collect the money soon. Hahaha. MAGBAYAD NA KAYO! Anyhow, I bought some chocolate. And I made some brownies: grabe, my tongue is burnt from trying out all the brownies that were fresh out of the oven. LOL! And then I charged my battereies for the cam. And then I wrapped gifts. And then I slept. PHEW! Hahaha.

Anyhow, the day came, and I was all wake... not groggy. But I was still late for the bus. Naku! Hahaha. Anyhow, I started giving out chocolates, arranging the classroom and fixing the puto. LOL.

Well. MRX was fun. An'daming fans ni Mr. Posadas. LOL! Hahaha. Pero sumisigaw ako for Ms.Catahan. Haha! After them, there was an intermission number with violinists... I couldn't even hear them. Na-o-overpower ng pianist. Hay. Anyhow. after this, it was sina Ke Laoshi and Mr. Cuepo. Feel na feel ni Mr. Cueps ha! LOL! Si Ke Laoshi naman--I commend herfor giveing it all her best kahit na hindi niya kaya ung ibang notes. Nakita ko talaga ung effort niya. Hahaha. And she was a good sport din. Hahaha. Pagkatapos, nagplay si Douglas (Sax) and Mr. Palan (Piano). I loved it.. Christmas songs! In jazz pa! Hahaha. After this, it was sina Mr. Yap and Mrs. Bague. Hahaha. Magaling palang kumanta si Mrs. Bague. Pwede na! Hahaha. And then, si Brother. Hahaha. Napiyok siya pero it's still a great performance. Talagang entertainer tong si Bro. Haha! I'd like to comment though... the background wasnt as cool as last time--it looked too unrealistic. But I liked the almost-drawbridge mechanism. Hahaha!

Well. After this, we went to the classroom. Had our agape. Grabe! Na-cut ang song ko... it was so solemn pa naman! Whoever handled the powerpoint kasi...tinanggal--eh it's good for reflection naman. Anyhow, we also had the exchange gift as part of our special Agape activity. My gift was for Dustin... sana nagustuhan niya. Hahahaha. And then I got a shirt from Albert. Hahaha. Wow.... to him, naaalala pa niya ako as a director.. LOL.

Anyhow.. we had our food... mostly unpaid for... and naubusan agad... and marami ring mga crashers. INIS! Hahaha. Buti na lang I grabbed a cup, a slice of pizza and a piece of chicken agad! Kundi, naubusan na ako. Hahaha!

Well. The highlight of the day: MRC. Most Requested in 2C. Hahaha. For those who don't know, the winners--Karl, Kyne, Mr.Marana, Ezra and Charles--had to perform. Lol. We collected a total of 2000 to buy Ms. Afuang a gift. (Please pray for her!) Shhh!

Anyhow, Ezra's... I didn't really see much. Charles... okay na rin. Hahaha! Sabi ko kay Kim: "I paid 120 for this!" "Si Ms. Catahan ang nagpanalo sa kanya sa MRC, and he's singing Ms. Catahan's song sa MRX" LOL. Naaliw ako sobra kay Mr. Marana! At first, when we were voting, I didn't want him in coz I knew he's the type who performs naman (Analogous to why Kim and I weren't voted: everyone knows we can handle the situation if we perform... so why make us do it?) But then... woah! I did't expect break dancing that was sooooo cooooool! Galing! I never knew. Sobrang galing!!!!!! What can't he do? Hahaha. Yaon nga lang, di ko na-video. Hay! I want an encore! Hahaha. And there's Kyne who did the Otso-otso Pamela Wan. Hahaha! Saya! And then... there's Karl See--the grand winner. Arte nga eh! Ayaw ng picture. Hayz.... anyhow, carring-carry naman niya ang pagsayaw niya eh.

LOL! I'm so happy. LOL. Our Christmas program was such a success! (It's way better than the disappointing Apre party.) And I wanna say MRC is waaaay better than the MRX. Lol!

Anyhow... evil Stacey. Kala ko pa naman maglu-lunch muna. Hay naku. Anyhow, Mark and I spent our time in the Cafe. Lounging, playing with his laptop. Watching Beyonce. And then we went up and saw Jaime. And then Mark revealed the LION! GRABEEEEE! SOOOOO CUTE! I want it! Anyhow.... giving made me feel good. La lang.

And now... I'm off to hibernation. Hahaha!

not to delay or be misled

Christmas Wishlist

Hay. My parents have given me a deadline of tonight to write down my wishlist. In all the school rumble, I've forgotten to make one over the past few days.... so the list will be the quickest i'll ever make.

  • Wii << taken from last time. umaasa lang.
  • Hoodie << trip lang
  • Jacket << para hindi na ako nababasa tuwing umuulan
  • Messenger Bag << iyong hindi masyado malaki o maliit like my current ones
  • CDs << as usual
  • Book << as usual

and the last... which I am still debating: Digicam. I have been eyeing that Sony CYber-shot DSC T-2 ever since I first saw it. Problem is I just looked at the Sony Catalog which I saw lying around a few days ago. It costs.... 32,000. Grabe!!! Dapat 16K lang iyan. Grabe talaga ang pagpresyo nila rito.

Anyhow.... I'm willing naman to take the cost of a part of it. My pass book hasn't had a single withdrawal, and I'd gladly take from it if ever. I mean, I really think naman that I'll be able to use it.... but the thing is... do I really need it considering that I already have one.

I mean... the old one. it's battery is weird. it's got a strip of masking tape. i easily run out of memory (nothing a memory card can't fix), and it's so bulky and hard to hide and keep. However, the question of the new one is the cost and my parent's willingness. Hay...

Then again... my dad knows how much I like to take pictures. Hmmm... sana lang.

So should I add it to the list... or not? Your suggestions will be helpful.

Anyhow... back to my homework.

jingle bell. jingle bell. jingle bell ROCK.

Christmas and Sleep

lol. I forgot the lyrics to jingle bells. hahaha! Anyhow, I've found better songs on imeem so I'm replacing my current christmas songs. Sana lang na they have it on limewire. weeee!

Grabe! Ang lapit na ng Christmas! Hahaha! Iyon nga lang there's a hurdle between me and Christmas.... school! Ang daya ng SPCP! It's they're break na! Waaa! Anyhow... I'm excited for Friday! It's our Christmas party! Woohoo!

Well. Here's to inform you of my sleep: I slept a record holder 4am last Thursday! WOAH!!! And the most amazing part of it all: Not once did I fall asleep in ANY of my classes. Big round of applause, please! LOL! Seriously, this is soooooo bad for my health. Waaa! Anyhow, last night I made up for it.... I slept at 10 and woke up today at 12:30. Hahaha! But that's still not enough. Hahaha! LOL.

Anyhow. That's all. Hahahaha.

Christmas, Writing and Saint Lucy

Too much Christmas spirit... nah. It's just the usal December me. I've been listening, searching and downloading Christmas songs. Weee! Mostly the smooth ones... I don't really like the revived-pop versions or the happy ones. I got the jazz and the soul ones... woah. Hahaha! (smiley overload!)

Wow. So much memories. I remember playing Christmas Isn't Christmas during a presentation of the Bells club. And now I'm listening to it. (Together with Christmas in Our Hearts which I sang solo during a Christmas party.) Hay... I miss those days. The usual choir concert on Christmas/Valentines. Hahaha. But that ended grade six. Hay.

I can't wait! 10 days and 23 hours till Christmas. I can't wait. I can't wait. LOL!

Anyhow, it's 12:30 and I'm still writing my movie review. Grabe! I fear my report might seem too biased... but then, I'm barely halfway so we'll see. LOL. Once again, I repeat: I hate forced writing.

Hahaha. I can't wait for Christmas break.... SLEEEEEEEP! Hay... This weekend will be busy too. Hay buhay.

In other news... it's Saint Lucy's feast today! Yey Sweden. LOL!

Why mention this? Because I was amazed by the morning prayer... a dagger was put on her throat. Eeeek. Weirdly, in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, (a Christian allusion), Lucy was given a dagger. Are they connected? LOL.

Anyhow... I'm planning to send something to the Stallion literary folio. Should I? Hahaha. And if I do, what? Hmm... well, my blogs don't match the criteria of blogs. LOL. Hmm... I think I'll go look for my old stories and poems now... Hahaa!

Ay carramba! Back to work.

Hahaha! Here's some interesting features articles. (oh look! journalism class! lol.)

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnews/world/view_article.php?article_id=106502

ELMWOOD PARK, New Jersey -- When a robber started taking cash from his register over the weekend, Dunkin' Donuts employee Dustin Hoffmann fought back by clobbering the man with a ceramic mug. But Hoffmann admits he was less worried about the stolen cash than how he might look on the video-sharing site YouTube.....

funny....! Hahaha. YouTube addik sobra. LOL! And ceramic mug... ouch. Hahaha! But still, it's sadistically funny! hahaha....

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Expect cheers among hardcore online game enthusiasts when they learn Merriam-Webster's Word of the Year. Or, more accurately, expect them to "w00t."...

This so reminds me of Mr. Legs. Hahaha! Nice word of the year. LOL
